How should I dress?
Casual, come as you are. If you would like to come in jeans, you can! If you
would like to wear a suit or dress, you can do that also.

What can I expect from the services?
There are programs for Children ages birth through 3 years old, and
kindergarten through the sixth grade on Sunday mornings.
Be ready for a well prepared service that might make you laugh, cry, or look
deep inside as we present the teachings of Christ with contemporary praise,
exciting video and drama, and a time relevant message presented by our
Pastor, Randy Field.
We learn and teach through television,
music, movies and other mediums of communication. So, why not use the same
popular and effective mediums to communicate the message of Jesus Christ in
church?
If that sounds like a unique, exciting
and creative alternative to traditional church, then Believers Fellowship
might just be the place for you.
The Apostle Paul implored early
Christians to be all things to all people. To fulfill our mission: "To reach
unchurched people and help them
to own and express
biblical values that ought to be part of every church, so much so, that it
would become normal in our everyday lives...,"
our approach at Believers is to make use of every available contemporary
medium to teach God's eternal truths and apply them to our daily lives.
Sometimes doing so means using live drama, video, even concerts that leave
us laughing, crying, or deep in thought. Our favorite approach is that of
using contemporary praise music. Regardless of the medium, you can count on
Pastor Randy to deliver a message that connects God's Word and Biblical
lessons to the reality of your daily life.
At
Believers Fellowship we are willing to do whatever it takes without
compromise to communicate the message of Jesus Christ--even if that means
laughing out loud, clapping to the music, giving God praise, or shedding a
heartfelt tear or two.

But, do
you teach the Bible?
Absolutely. We believe that the Bible is God's holy, inspired, and
infallible word and it is the basis of all we do at Believers Fellowship.
Whether it is being preached from the pulpit, demonstrated in a drama or
shared in a small group bible study, you will find God's word in all that we
do.
We're
a church that is passionate about experiencing God and doing so within an
environment that is casual, contemporary, and dedicated to communicating
truth in ways that are clear, life-changing, and relevant. We strive to
provide a church experience that is comfortable, real, and inviting.

What
type of church is Believers Fellowship?
Some call us independent while others say
nondenominational. We're not much into labels, but prefer to be seen as a
New Testament church, 1st Century Church.

Do you
have any tips for first-timers?
Sure! If you're worried about parking... don't be! We're a pretty good size
church but we've prepared well for your visit. You'll find plenty of room or
parking in our huge paved parking lot.
Once inside you'll find lots of smiling faces and helpful signage. Come a
little early so we can have time to get to know you and show you around our
worship center. We are known for our warmth and southern hospitality!

Do you
have programs for Children and Teens?
Of course we do. Children's programs are offered during our Sunday Service.
At this time, we are encouraging our Jr. and Sr. High students to attend the
morning worship. We are in the planning stages of adding a Youth facility,
which would give us the much-needed space to have age-oriented services for
our older students.

What
are the Services like?
Imagine finding a church that is enjoyable, one that you look forward to all
week. We use many different techniques to communicate the message God has
given us. Our praise band (with grand piano, digital keyboard, drums, bass
and lead guitars and synthesizer) along with our praise singers…helps create
an atmosphere of worship where you can sense the presence of God in an
awesome and mighty way!

How
long are the Services?
We
know that you have a lot going on in life and sitting through a long,
boring, drawn-out church Service is the last thing you want to do with your
Sunday. So first and foremost we strive to not be boring. If it’s less than
a perfect fit then we'll delete it from the Service before you ever see it.
But to answer your question: about 90 minutes from start to finish. We pack
in a lot of good music, teaching/preaching, testimonies and occasional
special ministry plug-ins.

Tell
me about your Pastor?
Randy is a really good communicator. He's easy to understand, relevant, and
very passionate about the Word. Pastor Randy is a good listener and takes
the time to hear what you are saying, gives a lot of thought and prayer to
your questions and/or concerns and is committed to trying to help you get
through your life situation victorious and stronger in Christ for having
gone through it. Randy attended Duke Divinity School as a student pastor and
finished at Duke in 2005. Prior to answering the call to becoming a full
time pastor in 1999, Randy spent 24 years in Christian Broadcasting helping
to establish Christian Radio Stations from Raleigh to the coast of North
Carolina’s Outer Banks. You would be hard pressed to find a pastor anywhere
that is more committed to the truth; that has more passion for the Word and
a heart for helping others know Christ in a more intimate and personal way.
